This notice explains how Electrify Research Ltd handles personal data in the HETS Advisor at advisor.electrifyresearch.co.uk. The Displayr dashboard shown inside the Advisor is a separate service, governed by Displayr’s own terms.
Who we are

What we process, and why
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address and sign-in credentials | Giving you an account | Performance of a contract |
| Your messages, the replies, and any images you attach | Running the Advisor and saving your conversations | Performance of a contract |
| Records of how you use the Advisor | Improving the service | Our legitimate interest in improving our products |
You need to give us an email address to hold an account. Without one we cannot give you access.
Who receives it
Our service providers: an AI model provider, and cloud hosting, database and email providers. They act only on our instructions. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing.
Transfers outside the UK
Your messages and images are processed in the United States by Anthropic, which generates the replies. That transfer is made under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; email us for a copy. Everything else we hold stays in the European Union.
How long we keep it
- Conversations and images: twelve months from the last time you used that conversation.
- Usage records: identifying details are removed after twelve months.
- Account data: until your access ends.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Email info@electrifyresearch.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Changes
If our processing changes, we will update this page and the date above.
